Eva Sterner joined Watts in 2008 as Managing Director of the Stockholm office with the role of leading our Nordic expansion programme. Eva has significant experience in property transactions, project development and monitoring for both Nordic-based and global investors.
Eva’s previous role was with a property consultancy where she headed up technical due diligence in Northern Europe. Eva’s areas of expertise are wide-ranging and include assessment of technical status, risk assessment, developing potentials in real estates, energy audits, contract administration and project monitoring.
Eva has previously presented a PhD thesis at the division of steel
structures in Luleå University of Technology. The thesis focused
on environmental impact and life cycle cost assessment in procurement
of buildings. Furthermore, Eva is a regular speaker at technical/property
conferences giving lectures on a vast range of topics in which
she is considered an expert.
