Garth Ball is an associate building surveyor
and joined Watts in February 2003. He
is based in the Paris office and the bulk
of his experience over the years has been
in commercial building surveying.
Garth has substantial experience in landlord and tenant related matters including
dilapidations liabilities during and at the end of the lease term, preparation and
service of schedules, responding to schedules, negotiations and break clauses.
Garth has undertaken numerous refurbishment projects gaining high levels of
experience in design, contract administration, project management and health and
safety matters. Projects have ranged from industrial to office buildings both of
modern and period construction.
Garth also has experience in all aspects of commercial building surveying including
building condition and acquisition surveys. He has undertaken due diligence surveys
both locally, and for the European property investment markets. In addition, he is
familiar with the preparation of planned programmed maintenance schedules.
