Following qualification with Chalmers Impey & Co. as a Chartered Accountant in 1977, Graham joined Aquis Securities Plc, a public quoted property and hotel group. Graham joined Pepper Angliss & Yarwood in 1985 and remained with the practice as a partner/director, helping them through Incorporation and a merger with Carlisle Group Plc.
In 1995, together with three colleagues, Graham established Aristotle Holdings Ltd to acquire Pepper Angliss & Yarwood Group through an MBO. In 2001 the surveying group merged with Smith Melzack and three of the founder shareholders exited to continue operating Aristotle as a property investment and development group.
In the 1980s, Graham sat on the Building & Property Group Committee of the Westminster Chamber of Commerce, serving as Hon. President of the Junior Chamber for a one-year term. Graham has also acted as Honorary Auditor of The Champagne Academy since 2000 and continues to do so.
Graham was appointed as Non-Executive Director of Watts Group Plc in September 2007.
Apart from acquiring experience in both agency and principal capacities in the UK Property sector, using his financial background he has developed skills in property finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
