Hazel Monk is a chartered building surveyor and joined Watts in
1999. She is an associate based in the London office. Hazel specialises
in all aspects of commercial building surveying consultancy work
including acquisition surveys, contract administration, project
management and monitoring. She is also able to provide clients with
advice on dilapidations, including preparation and overseeing of
schedules of dilapidations and negotiations to settlement.
Other areas of expertise include acting in relation to party walls
and other neighbourly matters, as well as carrying out general
building inspections and providing maintenance advice and defects analysis.
