Ian Stacey is a chartered quantity surveyor and joined Watts in
September 2004. An associate, based in the London office, Ian
brings 23 years of commercial experience and project responsibility
from both the contracting sector and private practice to his role
at Watts. A quantity surveyor with technical expertise in both new
build and refurbishment works within the residential, commercial,
retail and leisure sectors of the industry, Ian's combined contracting
and private practice background gives him an ability to overview all
aspects of project construction.
Since joining Watts, Ian has taken on a variety of project roles
including project monitoring on behalf of Fortis Bank, for three
retirement home developments, at a project value of £30 million.
He has acted as quantity surveyor to Gleeson Homes, providing
surveying management of a major residential development, valued
at £15 million, and has acted as project monitor on behalf of
Anglo Irish Bank residential and hotel development, valued at
£80 million, and a distribution workhouse development valued at
£10 million, as well as budget preparation and fire insurance.
