Ian Williams joined Watts in March 2007 as an Associate in order to assist in the continued development of the office in Edinburgh.
Ian graduated from Herriot Watt University in 1992 and has worked in private practice in both Northern Ireland and Scotland primarily in the commercial, retail, industrial and residential sectors.
Ian has extensive experience in commercial building surveying for both private and public body clients, providing a range of services including project management, development monitoring, design, contract administration, dilapidations, due diligence pre-acquisition surveys and fire insurance assessments.
Ian qualified as a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1999. |
