John Blomeley joined Watts as Lead Director of the Leeds office in January 2008 from Stace LLP, where he was a Senior Associate responsible for their Building Surveying Division in the UK Northern region.

John has wide ranging experience and expertise in a number of roles gained over more than 25 years in private practice; including acting as employer's agent, tenant's representative and agent, party wall surveyor, preparing and defending schedules of dilapidations, contract administration; and quality monitoring. He has fulfilled these roles across a wide range of industry sectors.
