Jane Dalgliesh is a chartered building surveyor and joined Watts
in 1998. Based in the London office, she became a director in 2004.
Jane has a strong background in defects investigation and has
worked on a wide range of commercial, public and residential
building types including shopping centres and hospitals. She
has all-round experience of technical due diligence work in the UK and also Germany, The Netherlands and Denmark and extensive experience of pre-acquisition and vendor's surveys.
Her other areas of expertise include development monitoring,
specification and contract administration on a variety of repair
and refurbishment projects, condition and maintenance surveys, fire
precautions and type 1 and type 2 surveys to identify the presence
and condition of asbestos-based materials in housing, offices and
public buildings.
