John Edwards is a chartered quantity surveyor. He returned to Glasgow from overseas to join Watts as an Associate in May 2007, to head up the cost consultancy division in Glasgow and across Scotland. John's experience gives him a sound, in-depth knowledge of the local, national and international construction and property markets. His responsibilities include delivery of the full range of cost consultancy services and business development.
From feasibility studies and initial cost forecasting through to agreeing final accounts, John has the required skills and experience to deliver successful outcomes for his clients. His abilities also extend to provide employer's agent, whole life costing and development monitoring services to clients in both the private and public sectors.
