Joseph Madden is a chartered building surveyor and joined Watts in 2005. He is an associate based in the Glasgow office with more than four years post-qualification experience. Joseph has wide-ranging experience of commercial building surveying, including pre-acquisition survey advice, defects analysis, dilapidations advice, contract administration and development monitoring, for both the public and private sectors. Earlier in his career, Joseph gained substantial experience in the design, specification and contract administration of office fit-out and refurbishment works, while more recently focusing on technical due diligence and development monitoring.
In addition to his work commitments, Joseph is currently studying towards a postgraduate diploma in project management, leading to an MBA in construction and real estate. This is complemented with PM work within the established projects team in Glasgow.
