Joost Vennegoor is a building surveyor and joined Watts in 2007 as Managing Director of newly launched Watts Consultants BV in The Netherlands. Prior to this appointment, he worked for ten years as a Director at Stevens en van Dijck, a project management alliance partner of Watts Group Plc.
Joost has a wide variety of experience in commercial building surveying and project management. He has considerable knowledge of the full range of technical due diligence services across the European market, specialising in purchaser's and vendor's surveys and development monitoring. His understanding and knowledge of the Dutch property market in particular, will be valuable in the development of the new business and servicing Watts Consultants BV national and international clients.
