Kathryn Dowling joined Watts this year as an Associate in the
London office. Kathryn joins from the Department for Children Schools
and Families where she project managed: Bookstart, a £27
million, high profile, treasury-endorsed public/private project.
Kathryn led the project planning, implementation and tender phase.
Her responsibilities comprised: scoping project requirements; designing
a communications strategy setting up the team and identifying and
managing resources.
Kathryn's previous experience at Westminster
City Council includes:
- establishing an implementation
strategy for five multi-million Children Centre Projects
across the five wards of Westminster;
- designing a communications
strategy including the marketing of the Children Centre Projects;
and
- securing a sustainability initiative and a
first stage exit strategy.
Kathryn has successfully managed
a variety of complex, central and local government programmes
where she organised dynamic project teams that reported to
a strong programme board in accordance with PPM principles -
using PPM expertise to deliver successful outcomes. |
