Kenneth Mackenzie is a chartered building surveyor and joined Watts in 2001. As a director in the London office, Kenneth has been involved in a variety of projects relating to city centre office buildings, industrial estates and shopping centres and has undertaken several large city centre acquisition and vendor’s building inspections.
For eight months in 2002 he was seconded to Royal and Sun Alliance Property Investments for three days each week to assist the Royal and Sun Alliance team on refurbishment and new build projects prior to the company’s amalgamation with Friends Provident. |
