Kelvin Naylor is a chartered building surveyor with over nine
years post-qualification experience and joined Watts
in 2000 after a several years at DTZ Debenham Tie Leung. As an
Associate in the London office, he has undertaken projects in all
sectors of commercial building surveying including professional
practice and contract administration.
His experience includes: providing landlords and tenants with
strategic dilapidations advice; carrying out pre-acquisition
and vendor's surveys of office, industrial and retail premises
in Britain and abroad; contract administration; party wall and
other neighbourly matters work; project monitoring of tenant's
fit-out works; and preparation of planned preventative maintenance
schedules.
Kelvin has also carried out defects analysis work on behalf of
clients and has experience of the role of planning supervisor on
various repair and refurbishment projects.
