Michael Lee is a chartered building surveyor from a commercial private practice background. He joined Watts as an Associate in the London office in January 2006. In addition to his core building surveying skills, he has undertaken the role of planning supervisor and employers agent and has several years experience in both project and programme management, holding a recognised project management qualification (APMP).
Since joining Watts, Michael has been involved primarily in development monitoring work for funds and investors, combining this with commercial acquisition and due diligence surveys in the UK and in Europe.
