Mark Sherrell is a chartered building surveyor and joined Watts in 1998. A Director based in London,
he was responsible for delivering a variety of due diligence services. Since 2006, he has held the position of Director
of Watts' Berlin and Munich office.
Mark has a variety of experience in commercial building surveying, and is fully conversant in a range of technical due
diligence services across the European market, including purchaser and vendor surveys, and development monitoring. His
knowledge of the German property market in particular, is invaluable to his international clients, providing objective
advice to maximise their investments.
