Olivier joined Watts in 2007 as director of project management in the Paris office. Olivier is a bi-lingual construction professional with over 11 years of experience in both a French and UK environment as both quantity surveyor and project manager.
Prior to joining Watts Olivier gained vast large-project experience in both the UK and France working for British and French project management consultancies and contractors, including Bucknall PMI, Gardiner & Theobald and finally OTH.
Olivier has been appointed as project manager on a range of projects costing up to €130 million in various sectors, including IT data centres, hotels, offices, prisons and retail.
Olivier’s experience in project management and quantity surveying has also enabled him to carry out both due diligence surveys and project monitoring work for investors.
