Office: MANCHESTER
Paul Fernley joined Watts in 1993 upon the opening
of the Manchester office. He has been instrumental in the office
development and was promoted to Partner in 2001.
Paul specialises in commercial building surveying work including
pre-acquisition and condition surveys, repair and refurbishment
projects. He also has an interest in dilapidations, expert witness
reports and contract management. |
