Patrick McDonald - Associate

Patrick McDonald joined Watts in 2006 as a senior building surveyor in the Bristol office and was promoted to associate in November 2007. He previously worked for Tribal Property as a project manager. As a senior member of the projects team, Patrick undertakes contract administration, employer's agent, project management and development monitoring duties on a variety of refurbishment and new build schemes.

Patrick has been involved in a variety of new build and refurbishment projects during his career in both the public and private sectors. He has gained extensive experience in coordinating and delivering complex new and refurbishment projects within occupied and multi tenanted buildings.

As well as extensive project experience, Patrick has broad experience in professional building surveying duties such as due diligence, dilapidations, party wall and defect analysis.
