Philip is a chartered building surveyor and joined Watts in 2006 as an associate in
the Birmingham office. Philip is able to draw upon broad and varied experience in
construction and building surveying being involved with both the public and private
sectors having worked for several local authorities, the University of Birmingham
and central government.
More recently Philip has been mostly involved in commercial building surveying
and in particular with the management, maintenance and alteration of offices,
business space and retail developments. In addition to his professional
responsibilities, Philip is also a school governor and an assessor for the RICS.
