Peter joined the firm in 1972 and became a Partner in
1979. As such, he is the longest-standing director within the practice. Elected
an Associate and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in
1977 and 1985 respectively, Peter specialises in Commercial Building Surveying.
In 1994, Peter became part of the London Commercial Building Surveying (CBS)
Consultancy Group, providing professional services to clients with a wide range
of property interests throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.
He was elected Chairman of Watts from 1999 until 2005, whilst retaining
an active working role within the CBS Group.
