Philip Robson – Associate

Philip Robson joined Watts in 2006 as a senior building surveyor in the Bristol office and was promoted to associate in November 2007. He had previously worked for Gleeds as an executive surveyor accountable to the associate director. With the Watts commercial building surveying team, Philip undertakes professional work such as dilapidations, party wall and purchaser’s surveys. Additionally, he takes a lead role in coordinating work for and on behalf of Slough Estates, which has required close client liaison to ensure a fluent and effective service.

Philip has been involved in many areas of surveying during his career to-date, including schedules of condition on Railtrack properties and stations, due diligence surveys of office blocks in Napoli and Rome for Citigroup, and a refurbishment programme within Carmarthenshire.

Philip’s key skills include design and refurbishment in the commercial sector, as well as shorter scale work such as survey work, planning, building regulations, party wall, dilapidations and defect analysis.
