Philip Rolfe joined Watts in December 2004. Based in the London office, his responsibilities are primarily project management service delivery and business development across the office, retail, residential, and commercial sectors.
Philip has a proven track record in third party project management and the integrated project coordination and contract administration of a variety of refurbishment and redevelopment projects for investor and occupier clients.
He has considerable experience in providing project management services to facilitate successful delivery of fast track, integrated, occupational office fit-out projects, encompassing procurement, space planning, fit-out, construction, furniture procurement and relocation services. He is also skilled in coordinating complex construction operations within continually occupied multi-tenanted premises. In addition, Philip specialises in coordinating heavy refurbishment projects to existing central London premises.
