Rob Billing is an associate and joined Watts in 1999. A member of
the projects team he has considerable experience of all aspects
of cost consultancy. His role involves providing advice to clients
at all stages of the construction programme, from feasibility to
completion, including:
- financial feasibility and comparative design studies;
- risk analysis and life cycle cost studies;
- advising on procurement strategy and relevant form of contract;
- advising on the selection of tenders, preparation of tender documentation and analysis of tender submissions cost planning;
- post contract cost control; and
- negotiating final accounts and project review/audits.
Rob has a strong track record in taking sole responsibility for
the delivery of projects, including the management of junior staff
and managing fee quotations and post contract fees. He is also
skilled in maintaining and developing client contacts.
