Robert Burke was promoted to Director at Watts in May 2004 and is involved with the London new business group. He is responsible for maintaining and growing the London business, developing new clients and business strategy. One of his key drivers is to really understand individual clients and their businesses along with their long term goals and strategies to develop systems specifically tailored to individual client needs. Robert also assists with the development of new opportunities and inter-department cross over.
His recent projects include coordinating and delivering surveys on various properties for acquisition; undertaking vendor's surveys for multi-million pound shopping centre with development opportunities and risks; assisting occupier based clients to understand risks and opportunities within their property portfolios; and a range of development monitoring and dilapidations surveys.
Robert specialises in technical due diligence and understanding associated risk. He has been involved extensively with the growth of the business into Europe and has undertaken work in the Nordics, Prague, France, Benelux countries, Greece and Spain. |
