Rebecca Jermy is a chartered building surveyor and joined Watts in 2004. She is a
director in the London office with a particular interest in development monitoring
and technical due diligence. She has experience in dealing with a wide range of
clients on a variety of commercial and public sector projects.
Rebecca's background is in traditional building surveying and project management.
Over the recent years she has specialised in due diligence investigations and
reports, and development monitoring. These roles include working on a number of
high profile projects within the southeast for lenders and funds. She also
provides strategic level procurement and other technical advice for public sector
clients. Currently her role includes coordinating and developing the project
monitoring services within the practice. Rebecca is also a lay member of the
Estates Committee for SOAS and has been an APC assessor for the RICS for over
ten years.
