Spencer has undertaken all aspects of building surveying professional work from
refurbishment/remodelling projects to maintenance, regeneration and new build.
His private sector experience has encompassed a broad range of clients from the
commercial, education, healthcare and housing sectors. Spencer's interests and
experience lie at the cutting edge of the profession ranging from new build
modular construction on previously contaminated sites to the use modern forms
of procurement such as the new engineering and construction contract as well as
strategic and project specific partnering advice. Spencer has also worked with
a number of not for profit organisations providing specialist building
surveying consultancy on matters like the redevelopment and extension of
occupied special needs schools.
