Stephen Dobinson is a chartered building surveyor and joined Watts
in July 2006 to open the Birmingham office. As the director in Birmingham,
Stephen is responsible for taking a lead in key projects and business
development for the Midlands region.
Stephen's experience lies largely in his broad building surveying
experience across both commercial and public sectors, having
undertaken a variety of professional and project-based instructions.
Having worked on both client and consultant sides, Stephen has an
excellent understanding of client needs and how best to deliver them.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Stephen is an
assessor for the RICS as well as being Chairman of the Nottingham
Pro Help group who provide guidance and advice to local charities.
