Steve Johnstone is a chartered project management surveyor and a
member of the association of project managers. He joined Watts'
London office in May 2004 and now heads up the project management
department as an Associate in the Glasgow office. Steve is
responsible for project management service delivery and business
development.
Steve has a proven track record in project management and
integrated project coordination, contract administration and
employer's agent activities in a variety of refurbishment and
redevelopment projects for investor and occupier clients in the
office, retail, residential and commercial sectors.
He also has experience in the profession of building control
where he has an excellent understanding of how local authorities
operate and the processes they use. This has proved critical in
projects where his experience has brought value at design and
construction stages.
