Office: MANCHESTER
Simon Walker is a chartered building surveyor and joined Watts in 1999. He was promoted
to associate in 2004, and has recently accepted a position of salaried Director in November
2005.
Simon is based in our Manchester office where he is responsible for coordinating the
commercial projects group, residential business group and health and safety group.
He plays a key role in generating new business and dealing with office management issues.
Simon has considerable experience in all aspects of commercial building surveying,
specialising in project management, contract administration, CDM Regulations, building
surveys, asbestos surveys and party wall matters for a well established client base.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Simon is also a member of the Watts
graduate forum in conjunction with his role as the Manchester office RICS APC coordinator,
undertaking the role of supervisor and counsellor to all graduate surveyors and acting as
senior mentor.
