Why Watts?
Due
to its scope of service and network, Watts
offers its clients commercially-aware and pragmatic
advice. This independent service can be an integral
part of a Watts building survey or may be commissioned
on a stand-alone basis. The surveys are undertaken by
engineers and surveyors experienced in all forms of
construction (Concrete and Woodwool) and specialists
trained to meet new legislation (Asbestos). The survey
reports include an interpretation of results and a focus
on the conclusions in a clear and practical manner.
Where appropriate, recommendations with costs for remedial
works are also given.
