Watts was appointed to provide Project Management and Employers Agent duties for the refurbishment of our client's 30,000 sq.ft. office headquarters in Glasgow. The project comprised relocation of staff to temporary accommodaion, full strip out of existing cellular space including all services. CAT B fit out creating a modern flexible open plan working environment, to current office standards. Installation of new ceilings, carpets, decoration, air conditioning and new lifts. Common area enhancements, new reception area and flexible conference facility on ground floor. The project also included the redevelopment of the roof space to create a useable conference area for 150 people with DDA shower, toilet and garden area.
