The purpose of the project was to agree access and carry out condition surveys for over 200 operational police properties throughout west central Scotland. The key requirements were to identify and prioritise any repair or maintenance works required to the portfolio of properties over the next five years. The scope of survey also included reporting on any statutory non-compliances or health and safety issues.
Watt's brief was to carry out the surveys on a non-disruptive, visual only basis, whilst not interrupting with operational police work.
