Watts received instructions to undertake a disabled access audit of Belfast Waterfront Hall. Following the initial audit and presentation, Watts was commissioned to act as lead consultant for the implementation of all disabled access and health and safety improvements recommended in the audit.
A one-stop service was provided which utilised an in-house design team. Performance was actively managed to ensure that all required disabled access improvements are in accordance with British Standard 8300. Careful planning was undertaken to make certain that works were completed on time, within established cost parameters, and to the high quality standards required by the client.
