Watts was appointed to act as monitoring surveyor for Pan Peninsula, a development providing 762 luxury apartments in two towers rising to 40 and 50 storeys, with a waterside location next to Canary Wharf. The development also boasts 1,860 sq m of health and fitness facilities and waterside signature restaurants, private cinema and a 50th floor cocktail bar. Developed by the client, Pan Peninsula is one of Europe's tallest residential buildings.
Watts' brief was to provide technical due diligence advice and to act as monitoring surveyor under the funding agreement, supplying ongoing project and development monitoring to the client.
