Watts’ instruction involved a portfolio of 60 assets, consisting of approximately 100 buildings and requiring more than 120 EPCs. The properties were located across the UK (including Scotland and Northern Ireland) and consisted of offices, shopping centres, industrial units and retail building types. The buildings ranged in size and Watts delivered the EPC certification in two phases, each of three weeks in duration.
