The Royal Ballet School is a group of Grade I listed buildings dating from 1726 to 1990. The centrepiece is the Kings Pavilion constructed between 1726-1728 as a hunting lodge. The crescent wings were added in 1801-1816 and it remained a royal residence until the 1930s. It has been occupied by the Royal Ballet School since 1954 and specialist extensions were added from 1955-1990.
In October 2006 Watts drew up a quinquennial- twin five year rolling maintenance programme costed against approximate quantities for the overall ten year restoration and regeneration.
