Watts was instructed by the client to provide neighbourly matters advice and services in respect of multiple neighbouring owners affected by the scheme. Services included undertaking Schedules of Condition of adjacent buildings, Access Agreements, Party Wall Matters and Rights to Light on their mixed-use multi-storey city centre development. The development provided 107,000 sq ft of office space with a 'BREEAM Excellent' rating.
Watts was instructed to work in conjunction with the client's legal team to agree all necessary schedules of condition, access licences, Party Wall Awards and deeds of release in respect of Rights to Light.
