Based in Sofia, Bulgaria, the client is currently developing new film studios and offices in Dolna Malina, 30 km from Sofia. The scheme consists of one mixed-use building with 3 000 sq m of film studios, workshops, storage area and 1 500 sq m of offices inserted in a complex, isolated environment.
Watts was appointed to assist the client in Bulgarian legal and construction law procedures, reduce the risk and construction costs while creating and enhancing the value of the project. Watts' scope of services included project management, contract administration, quantity surveying and planning supervision.
