Black Building is located in Sundbyberg, Sweden. The building includes eight stories of offices and two floor with garage and technical premises and has a total area of approx 12 500 sq m.
Watts was appointed to present a detailed description of the structure, technical services, internal surfaces, identify potential risks and defects and to investigate the environmental risk, building permits and zoning plans. The job included site visits and inspection of the ongoing project and review of drawings and technical descriptions. In addition to the inspection Watts was also appointed to follow up the finalising of the project and the final inspection process. The report was presented in an English.
