Watts recently completed surveys of 49 ambulance stations. Surveys commenced within one week of instruction and the field survey work was largely completed within a three week period. This necessitated a concentrated planning period with swift confirmation of the lines of communication and staff deployment levels and rapid completion of the survey risk analysis. All survey data was inputted into the client's "Estate Manager" database.
Watts' role was to record the condition of the building fabric and services installations and cost all identified repairs. Additionally, it also included the execution of surveys for: Asbestos, Legionella, DDA and Energy (Display Energy Certification), Measured Surveys and Fire Risk Assessments at selected properties.
