Watts provided project management and cost consultancy
services for Fitness First Health Clubs in both Ireland and Scotland.
The most recent project is the first venture since the leisure
company returned to private ownership in July 2003. The recent
club opening in Coleraine is the tenth Health Club that Watts have provided such services on.
Watts' instructions extended to the provision of
project management and cost consultancy services for all new Fitness
First Health Clubs in Ireland and Scotland. The current project
work has a contract value of circa £800k, with an anticipated
annual income from the client of between £50k-£80k. |
