Background
Watts Dublin office opened in 1999 and was the first of our European network of offices. Stephen Scott, formerly head of Building Consultancy with Lisney joined as Managing Director in 2003 and since then the office has built up a wealth of experience across all sectors in commercial building surveying consultancy work and the project management of a range of construction projects.
Watts Dublin is now one of the largest independent building consultancy firms in Ireland, offering practical and commercial construction advice to a range of clients that include banks, funds, and asset managers as well as occupiers and private developers.
We work closely with other property professionals, providing them and their clients with property and construction advice, and can call upon our office network and significant technical resources as and when the need arises. We believe that this gives us an advantage in the market.
