The Edinburgh office has undergone steady organic growth since opening for business in August 2002, moving to larger premises on George Street, in the heart of the city, during summer 2007. A growing portfolio of commercial building surveying instructions reflects a buoyant and dynamic local market. The enhanced position of Edinburgh in recent years as a mature financial services centre and also the seat of Scottish government, have brought new investment to the city and the surrounding area and we anticipate further growth during the next few years, principally through the diversification of our service offering.
