Demand for commercial office space and housing, combined with major investment in education, regeneration and transport, continue to drive the London market. Watts' London operation is growing and is moving into new service areas and market sectors . A new business unit has been formed specifically to target the education sector. In addition, a sustainability and energy audit capability, and a services engineering technical due diligence capability will both be rolled out in January 2008.
