Watts' London office has a strong culture of client-focused service delivery and has diversified to match changing market conditions, moving into new service areas and markets.
In addition to core professional building and cost consultancy, the London office has established a business unit to meet increased demand from public sector clients, specialising in delivering services to the education sector. The recent levelling-out in demand for technical due diligence services has led to increased emphasis on property maintenance and management including schedules of condition, neighbourly matters, fire insurance valuations, dilapidations advice and settling claims for both landlords and tenants. The London office is now able to offer sustainability advice and energy audit and air conditioning inspections to meet the requirements of recent environmental legislation.
Servicing a diverse and demanding client base, the office is well positioned to develop further and to deliver the property and construction services that will be required as economic conditions improve.
Lead directors within the London office include:
Daniel Webb - Project Management
Kenneth Mackenzie - Commercial Building Surveying
Mark Few - Public Sector
Robert Burke - Commercial Building Surveying
Tim French - Quantity Surveying and Development Monitoring
