Watts’ Manchester office is the largest of the Group’s regional operations, serving a wide range of clients across the North West of England since 1993. By establishing long-term relationships with key clients within the region the office is well placed to capitalise on the recovering market.

Watts Manchester serves a diverse mix of local and national clients including financial institutions, property developers, owners, occupiers, NHS trusts, and local authorities. A broad spectrum of projects is delivered across all commercial and industrial sectors via experienced technical due diligence, survey and development monitoring teams. Dedicated project management and design staff, and a specialist health and safety group offering CDM coordinator services, have also been developed. Additional services include cost management and a well-respected dilapidations and party walls consultancy.
