March 2008 marked the introduction of Watts’ core technical services to Eastern Europe and the emerging post-communism markets.
The Sofia office is initially servicing all of the Balkans and Turkey. As rapid growth is anticipated, the strategic office location will pave the way for future expansions into Russia and the Middle East. Leading the office is American born John Laskowski. John brings to Watts more than ten years experience in commercial and residential development throughout the region.
The demand in this region from existing Watts’ clients as well as new international and local interests has been the driving force behind this initiative. Technical due diligence, project management, project monitoring and consultancy top the list of most requested services.
