Mark Few is a project manager with over 14 years construction and real estate
experience, encompassing both contracting and consultancy positions. He is
currently finishing an MBA in Real Estate and Construction at the College of
Estate Management, University of Reading. Mark is responsible for project
management service delivery and business development. He has a proven track
record in the delivery of a wide range of commissions across most market sectors,
although particularly commercial offices, from the simplest refurbishment to
complex new build construction projects.
Mark's particular skills relate to understanding the wider context of the business
case and balanced decision-making, based upon strong risk and value management
techniques. His strong inter-personal skills also play a key role in establishing
high performing teams. Mark has a particular interest in new and innovative ways
of service delivery and plays a key role in establishing strategic alliances and
networks with consultant and contractor suppliers.
