Steven Woodward joined Watts in 2006, as a director general for the Paris office.
Steven is a property and construction professional with over ten years experience,
seven of which have been in France. A qualified project manager, he worked for
several years for a contractor both in the UK and France prior to working for a
French consultancy. Prior to joining Watts, Steven developed his career on the
consultancy side working for the technical department of Insignia Bourdais
(CB Richard Ellis) for both investors and end users.
Steven then joined Gardiner & Theobald as a senior project manager working on a
variety of projects in all sectors of the market including offices, industrial
and residential projects. Steven has a considerable amount of experience in
project management and relocation management and has vast experience in due
diligence surveys and project monitoring. He also has a clear understanding
of the administrative process in obtaining local authority and regional authority
licences in France and is able to communicate these processes clearly to
Anglo-Saxon clients. Steven understands how to report clearly and how to convey
the commercial impact of technical issues to non-technical people.
